Week 31 Dantech held their first Surimi Certification Program in Copenhagen.

The participants had the opportunity to be trained by some of the surimi industries most reknown specialists, test equipment, Work with surimi, and taste surimi products.

Thanks to the participants and the specialists it was a successful educational week in the beautiful settings of Copenhagen Admiral Hotel and Nimb in Tivoli.
